LOWELL MUSSELMAN
Lowell Musselman, former Silverdale Mayor, was chosen as the "Home Town Hero" by the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. The Phantoms . The Phantoms have a program to honor individuals who have served in the military and have made an impact on their community. Lowell Musselman was recognized and honored during a recent Phantoms Game.
